ShulCloud Information
Welcome to ShulCloud, your portal into your KI account!
With this system, you will be able to manage your household profile, register and pay for events and programs, track your Yarzheit and lifecycle information, and set up recurring payment plans – and much more!
In ShulCloud, every adult member of your household can have their own login and password – you won’t need to share. When you are logged in, you will be able to access features such as billing charges to your account to pay later, and having forms autofill with your contact information.
Steps to Logging In:
1) If you are logging in for the first time, follow the link sent to you by KI to log in with your email address and set a password. You can change it later if you want!
2) If you have logged in previously: On the top right corner, look for the button that says “Login”.
3) Sign in using your email address and password. If you don’t remember your password, you can do a “Forgot Password” sequence or contact the Temple office for assistance.

Adding an ACH Payment Method
To add ACH/E-Check to your account, you will need to enable Plaid. Plaid is a secure, integrated ACH system that safely connects your online banking to ShulCloud. To enable this, you will need to log in to Plaid. This process will take about 3-5 minutes and only needs to be done one time.
