Dear Friends!
We are so excited to see you at Drag Queen Bingo at KI on Wednesday, April 9th @ 6:00 PM. Together we will honor KI’s HaMotzi program – Fighting Food Insecurity in our Community for 10 Years!
Please read through the following instructions to help make the night run smoothly AND send instructions to anyone you are bringing with you by sending them this link — (please do not forward this email!)
1. Bingo is being run by Philly Drag Mafia – get ready to be entertained, to laugh, and enjoy a fun night out!
2. You do not have to come in costume, just come to have fun and play bingo!
3. Parking is limited, so please carpool if possible.
4. If you or anyone in your party has to cancel, please let us know! You can email Pam@kenesethisrael.org
5. Payment that evening will be by Cash/Venmo/Check – reasons you will want money:
a. There will be amazing Raffle Baskets! To make it easier for you, consider bringing mailing labels with your name on them, to save you the time of writing your name on each ticket (a little Raffle Basket trick)
b. There will be a bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available for purchase.
c. It is always a kind gesture to tip dancers as they entertain your table
6. Dinner is available for advanced purchase!
a. If you have not ordered dinner yet – here is your last chance – click here!
b. As a reminder, pork and shellfish are not permitted in the building.
7. We will be collecting Cans/Non-perishable donations for our HaMotzi program – every person who donates an item will receive a complimentary raffle ticket toward a special raffle basket!
8. Timing of the Evening
a. Doors will open at 6:00 PM – time to eat, browse the raffle baskets, say hello and get settled
b. Games will run from 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
9. If you are bringing any guests with you, please make sure we have their individual names – they will be required at check in. Please email this information to: Pam@kenesethisrael.org
Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
Get ready for a fantastic night of fun!
Sincerely,
The KI Spring Celebration Committee
