The KI Mitzvah Garden Needs You!

Dear KI Family,

Calling all gardeners! Volunteer at the KI Mitzvah Garden! We need your help! The garden is prospering, and we are ready to harvest vegetables and do minimal weeding. We have weekly positions. If you would like to get involved, please contact Lynore Eisman.

Hope you are doing well with all this hot weather! If you are available to volunteer in the garden, we are scheduling a week for each volunteer. If you come several days during the week, we ask that you pick weeds and harvest tomatoes and vegetables. There will be a box in the HaMotzi refrigerator in the kitchen for you to put the fresh vegetables. It is best to come early in the morning or in the evening in order to beat the heat!  There is a fig tree in the corner of the garden. I have left two gallons of water near it, on the other side of the fence. When you come, please water the fig plant. You can fill the bottles in the kitchen.

Below is a list of available dates to volunteer:

Sunday, July 21 – 27
Sunday, July 28 – Aug. 3
